Areas of specialization include: Social Security retirement and Medicare enrollment.  During my tenure at the Social Security Administration, gained  in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures and eligibility requirements. Consistently recognized for excellence in customer service, best practices, coaching and mentoring  — reflecting both my dedication and proven performance in the field. 

At Making IT Simple, we are on a mission to help seniors confidently navigate the Social Security System, understand their benefits, and plan for a secure financial future. Making IT Simple provides coaching services in-person and online.  Related tools, documents, forms are used in planning online and in-person workshops.
